What happened to all my lights this year? With a broken collar bone, I am unable to put up my usual display. I'm happy to have any lights at all. Behind me was my original, admittedly very modest display. But it was too modest, so my kids offered to help me put up more lights on the bushes. Unfortunately I cannot use a ladder to put lights up on the house. I don't look very happy because I'm not. |

| This is what we ended up with. Certainly modest for me, but still probably more than what most sane people do. | No lights on the house. Only clear lights on the bushes. One string of purple on the small tree at the end of the driveway. |

| The usual red light bulbs and one string of colored lights around the front door. Some light blue on the bushes on the far right. | Merry Christmas. Christmas Day will be seven weeks since my accident. All I want for Christmas is a one piece collarbone. |
